Ian Maxwell, LEED AP
Ian Maxwell has a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College, LEED AP accreditation, and over twenty years of experience in the development and construction industry. He specializes in the management of programming, zoning, permitting, design, and construction of commercial interior build-outs and base buildings. Performing as an extension of the client's workforce, Ian envisions the client's interests in all aspects of project implementation, from pre-construction and design to operation and maintenance. He has been responsible for managing design and construction of over 2,500,000 SF of real estate throughout the region.
Company History
The industry has always pushed toward perfection, but with the downturn of the financial markets in 2008, the real estate markets transformed rapidly to adjust. Real estate development slowed and people reevaluated how they invested in their space.
We embraced the simplicity of design and took more time to investigate cost-saving approaches. We explored the limitations of rentable square feet and worked diligently to optimize spaces that maximized efficiency. We learned to work with inventory decline and adapted material procurement.
We did more with less in a shorter time-frame, pushing the limits of what’s necessary and what’s possible. Real estate management and consulting have and continue to evolve like other aspects of the market.
Atlas reflects that evolution. It was founded in 2013, as Maxwell Consulting LLC, with a commitment to building trusted relationships. By putting the customer first, maintaining a competitive cost structure, and a dedication to exemplary service, the company prospered.
Presently, as the world recovers from the pandemic, we have no choice but to evolve and innovate once again. Experts in adapting to change Atlas and its partners are emerging stronger and have never been more committed to helping clients flourish as their needs and the industry change.
