Company expanding operations in Washington, DC required assistance with managing the construction of a new two-story retail building and two interior restaurant spaces.

Managed the process of existing contract negotiations, lease work letter review/coordination, programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.

Managed GC transition mid-project — reviewed and closed out 18 subcontracts with the existing contractor, coordinating the transfer of all active scope while managing concurrent litigation. Successful litigation resolution protected the client's financial position.
