Engagement grew from a single lobby renovation to a full 8-person project management team across BGE's 30-building portfolio — the direct result of consistent delivery and institutional trust built at every stage.

Managed the process of programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout for multiple buildings after assisting with programing of BGE’s 30 building portfolio.

Renovated existing facilities and built out offices, conference centers, lobby/atriums, call centers, cafeterias, and multiple other projects such generators, fuel cells, fence, swale, and a pond conversion.

Worked with Exelon to establish the corporate PM infrastructure, reporting standards, and workflows for their construction management division following the BGE acquisition — systems adopted enterprise-wide for all future capital programs. Developed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly projection and tracking documents for various levels of management to support rapid decision-making across the portfolio.
