What You'll Do:

• Meet regularly with owners, engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors to align on project objectives and progress.

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams.

• Manage project budgets — ensuring costs for labor, materials, and equipment stay within limits.

• Keep construction schedules on track, ensuring daily, weekly, and final deadlines are consistently met.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Prepare internal and external reports on project status and milestones.

• Conduct ongoing quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards.

• Negotiate contracts, manage agreements, and oversee permitting and licensing processes.

• Analyze potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project (or equivalent PM tools).

• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to see the "big picture" while managing day-to-day project activities.

• Competence in conflict resolution and crisis management.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Outstanding time management and project execution skills.
