When construction defects, contractor failures, or insured losses create financial exposure, Atlas works with owners and their legal and insurance teams to document damages, coordinate remediation, and support the recovery process — protecting the client's interests from investigation through resolution.

Atlas provides construction management support in active or anticipated litigation, including scope documentation, change order analysis, schedule impact assessment, and expert coordination. We help owners and their counsel build a clear, defensible record of project events and financial impacts.

Move Management

We assess inventory, space requirements, and company needs to ensure a smooth relocation process. Our team manages assets including furnishings, fixtures, and equipment, while also coordinating punch lists, post-move follow-ups, and employee trainings to ensure a seamless transition.
