Atlas works with the client to understand their needs and provide contract administration. We believe bringing in the right mix of talent at early stages of project inception is key to success.

Team Coordination
We establish clear lines of communication and facilitation of information between all parties, including architects, engineers, general contractors, AV, IT, Furniture, Security, Signage, etc.

Establish Project Controls
We work with the team to evaluate firm requirements and objectives to put effective controls in place, then establish quality control assurance inspections to make sure they are followed.

Schedule Management
We sit down with the team and establish a schedule baseline with clear milestones. We then manage and track changes through the preconstruction, design, permitting, construction, and closeout phases.

Scope Management
Atlas manages scope during programming, visioning, schematic design, design development, construction document development, and construction to make sure vision meets reality. In addition to physical scope, we work diligently to ensure that all operations and maintenance data has been turned over and training is complete.

Budget Management
We work with contractors to perform cost estimating and value engineering to establish a clear benchmark, then manage change orders during the design, permitting, construction and close-out phases to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
