Project Features

  • Firm relocating and building out a new space needed help with lease work letter review, programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.

  • Despite having Landlord approved permit drawings, the project team learned several weeks into construction that core drilling was not possible due to secure space below.

  • Expeditiously closed out all contracts including separate proposal to the landlord for additional scope required to raise the subflooring.
