The campus renovation included two buildings, the renewed and refined historic 1920’s era school, and a new Pre-K annex.

500+ students remained in continuous operation on site throughout all phases of construction — the project's most complex logistical constraint.

A new underground cistern and constructed streambed to assist with water conservation.

Renovation achieved USGBC LEED for Schools Gold + Annex achieved USGBC LEED for Schools Platinum.

Greywater reuse and rainwater harvesting system installed, saving over 300,000 gallons of water per year
